Pals Hop: Home for the Holidays

Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop! This month, the theme is “Home for the Holidays”. We really hope that you enjoy and are inspired by them! As you hop from blog to blog, don’t forget to leave comments because we love hearing from you. You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.

   How's Life Friends?

I had a Banner;) time in the studio getting ready for this month's Pals Hop! I wanted a fresh and fun take on some Thanksgiving greetings and made two panels to style for these cards! Pacific Point, Bumblebee, Silver Slate, and Pumpkin Pie comprised my palette, and I grabbed the Stitched Rectangle and Layering Circles Dies to cut the elements.

Banner Year has clean and simple images that make for an excellent repetitive stamping design session! One of the advantages of this type of image is that there's no coloring in case that intimidates you.

I have another simple design to share tomorrow so stop back and take a peek if you're looking for more ideas with this set!

Getting into the holiday spirit at our place as Thanksgiving is the holiday we've most had the opportunity to spend all together over the years. When we were on active duty in the military, our nuclear family was usually together, but we were always far away from the rest of our family. Welcoming squadron mates to our home was a highlight for our Turkey day tradition and we made it a family time for all.

May you have many blessings for which to be grateful.

   Be Well Friends!

More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. The Pals are excited to show you what they’ve created! Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop on December 8th. Our theme will be “My Favorite Things” with our design team showcasing some of their favorite products from any catalog they choose.

Until then, have fun in your craft space.

  9. Banner Year is one of my favorite sets as well. When I hear Home for the Holidays, I think of Thanksgiving because that what is all about - opening your home to family and friends. Also, I love the variety of colors for the pumpkins.
