All Set

Here's a little set I stamped up inspired by a paint sample strip I just couldn't throw away. Nothing like upcycling I say! A little punching and matching of inks along with a little Hero Arts stamp from the Mix and Match clear set...and well, I was set! I often make card sets to give away as hostess gifts, small "presento-s" when we lived in Japan, and gifts for family and friends. Moxie Fab World is hosting a set challenge in honor of a terrific new issue of PaperCrafts Magazine called 350 Cards and Gifts
This is one of a few card sets I made to take along for the silent auction at this past weekend's 4H Shooting Sports training session I attended with my lovely daughter. Last year she went up with her dad to qualify in rifle, and this year was my turn so we could qualify in archery. It was absolutely one of the best weekends of training I've ever experienced and the people were incredible. Nothing like a little mountain air and nature to invigorate, stimulate ideas, sharing, and generate new networking for youth educators and volunteers from all over our state! You can see how we might have thought it to be the ideal location:

We enjoyed perfect weather for both days, and we feel lucky to live in such a beautiful part of the world--thankfully we are safe and sound while so much devastation is being wrought by Mother Nature in our Heartland.  We pray for our friends, family, and fellow countrymen during this trying time.
