    How's Life Friends?

   Thinking of family far away today as we celebrate a special milestone! 

   The beauty of papercrafting to me has always been the ability to create something entirely personal for special occasions and special people. In taking the time to design and complete a project like this one--that matches a particular board book--I enjoy a meditation on life and our place in this world as we prepare for the next one.

   I had fun putting the Cutest Cows to work in this bright and sunny scene:) and the kite from Playing in the Rain was the perfect way to highlight the number for a toddler birthday!

   Of course he can't quite read it himself yet, but the fact that his name is on the front I reckon it might make a nice little sign to keep on the shelf in his room until he can!
