Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, the theme is Summer Vacation. We hope to inspire you with our creations today! You will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
How's Life Friends?
Thanks for hopping by today in this last month of summer! Perhaps you've taken a flight to vacation? or maybe, like us, you stayed put and enjoyed your own home surroundings?! Yellowstone is in my back yard and it was mostly a smoke free season in our neck of the woods. The firefighters are still very busy though, and planes figure prominently in that battle.
I chose to highlight Adventurous Sky Bundle and the beautiful coordinating Take to the Sky Designer Series Paper [which is now on sale at 15% off!]
I love the sheet in the package that has the preprinted tags to cut easily with a paper trimmer, and I'm making a bunch of cards using these beautifully ready-to-go elements!
Funny that I didn't even quite capture the CAS nature of this card corresponding to the sentiment. I just loved the skyscape and thought adding some bright clouds was all it needed;)
To get the airmail-like edging it was easy to die cut the DSP with the Perennial Postage die and back it with a Night of Navy frame.
In our Civil Air Patrol squadron we usually sign birthday cards for everyone, and now I'm working on building a nice stash to use:)
Have fun hopping, enjoy the rest of your summer, and check back soon for more designs highlighting this fabulous DSP--on SALE now!
Be Well Friends! Sending a Big Sky farewell from the studio window:
There’s more inspiration to show you, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. Please mark your calendars for our next blog hop next month, when our theme will be All Creatures Great and Small.
Until then, have fun in your craft space.
